Earth Day Celebration: A Cacao Ceremony and Crystal Bowl Meditation for Earth Day

Welcome to our Earth Day Healing Circle, a celebration of our  planet and an opportunity to connect with ourselves and each other in a healing and transformative way.

During this event, we will begin with a sacred cacao ceremony, honoring the traditions of the indigenous people who have revered the cacao  plant for its healing and heart-opening properties. The cocoa will be prepared with intention and care, and you will be guided through a meditation to help you connect with the spirit of the plant and its healing energy.

Next, we will move into a crystal bowl and Reiki healing meditation, where you will be bathed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and receive Reiki energy healing from our experienced practitioners. This combination of sound and energy healing will help to promote deep relaxation, release blockages, and balance your energy centers.

After the meditation, you will be guided through an introspective journaling practice. This important part of the healing process allows you to reflect on your inner experience, your connection to the earth, and your part in  creating a sustainable and conscious world.

This event will be held in a safe and nurturing space.  No prior experience with cacao  ceremonies, crystal bowl or Reiki healing is necessary in order to attend. Whether you are new to these practices or a seasoned practitioner, you will find something valuable and transformative in this Earth Day celebration.
