Join us for a virtual mindfulness meditation session designed specifically for the Cambridge Friends School community, including students, parents, and staff. In this calming and rejuvenating session, we'll guide you through a meditation to help you cultivate a sense of inner peace and clarity before embarking on the week ahead.
Set aside an hour for yourself, as we create a supportive space where you can relax, let go of stress, and reconnect with the present moment. Through gentle breathing exercises and guided visualization, you'll learn to anchor your attention and cultivate a greater sense of calm and focus.
No prior meditation experience is necessary; this session is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Simply bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of mindfulness.
