Picture yourself confidently channeling Reiki energy for healing and wellness.  Discover the transformative potential of Reiki 1 & 2.

Reiki has many benefits for the client or recipient but also has many benefits for the student too. This is due to the ‘attunements’ or 'placements" which are where Reiki energy is transferred into the student's energy system and chakras with a view to opening and cleansing their chakras (energy centers). This raises their vibration, cleanses their system and opens the chakras to enable the free flow of the healing energy through their upper body, arms and hands.

Course Modules

Reiki 1

Module Includes:

  • Four Weekly Zoom Classes: Immerse yourself in four 90-minute online classes via Zoom, where we delve into the teachings of Reiki 1 from the Reiki manual. Each session includes a Holy Fire Reiki Experience to prepare you for your Reiki journey and transformation.

  • One Experiential In-Person Class: Join us for a full-day in-person class at Marc of Healing, where you'll receive your Reiki attunement/placement and engage in hands-on practice to deepen your understanding.

  • Reiki Manual and Tool Kit: Receive a copy of "Reiki-The Healing Touch First and Second Degree Manual" by William Lee Rand and a Reiki Tool Kit to support your continued practice.

  • Follow-Up Session: Enjoy a 60-minute follow-up session with Christine McDonough, Reiki Master Teacher, to address any questions and further enhance your learning.

  • Ongoing Support: Connect with our virtual community and monthly support sessions through Conscious Wellness and Movement's student group, the "Cornerstone Collective."

 

​You will:

  • Explore the fundamentals of Reiki, including its history, principles, and origins.

  • Learn about the nature of Reiki energy and its role in healing the mind, body, and spirit.

  • Discover the Reiki Ideals and their significance in guiding your Reiki practice.

  • Gain insight into the human energy system and how it relates to the practice of Reiki.

  • Master the complete hand placement system for channeling Reiki energy during healing sessions.

  • Practice Gassho meditation to deepen your connection to Reiki energy and enhance your intuition.

  • Develop proficiency in Byosen scanning, using the sensitivity in your hands to locate areas needing healing.

  • Receive your Reiki Level I attunement/placement to initiate you into the Reiki energy.

Reiki 2

Module Includes:

  • Four Weekly Zoom Classes: Immerse yourself in four 90-minute online classes via Zoom, where we delve into the teachings of Reiki 2 from the Reiki manual. Each session includes a Holy Fire Reiki Experience to prepare you for your continued Reiki journey and transformation.

  • One Experiential In-Person Class: Join us for a full-day in-person class at Marc of Healing, where you'll receive your Reiki 2 attunement/placement, symbol activation, and engage in hands-on practice and distant energy sending.

  • Integration Session: Following the in-person class, participate in a 90-minute follow-up online session via Zoom to integrate the new Reiki 2 energy into your life seamlessly.

  • Reiki Manual and Tool Kit: Receive a copy of "Reiki-The Healing Touch First and Second Degree Manual" by William Lee Rand and a Reiki Tool Kit to support your continued practice.

  • Follow-Up Session: Enjoy a 60-minute follow-up session with Christine McDonough, Reiki Master Teacher, to address any questions and deepen your understanding.

  • Ongoing Support: Connect with our virtual community and monthly support sessions through Conscious Wellness and Movement's student group, the "Cornerstone Collective."

  • Gain insight into Reiji-Ho, Kenyoku, and Gyoshi-ho techniques for enhancing your Reiki sessions.

  • Learn how to activate and use Reiki symbols for specific healing intentions and manifestations.

  • Deepen your understanding of the human energy system and its connection to Reiki healing.

  • Practice sending Reiki energy at a distance, expanding your ability to facilitate healing across time and space.

  • Receive your Reiki Level II attunement/placement to empower you as a Reiki Level II practitioner.

  • Integrate Reiki II symbols and techniques into your daily life and spiritual practice.

  • Starting Your Reiki Practice/Business: Gain valuable insights and best practices from Christine McDonough on how to kickstart your Reiki practice or business.

Reiki Master

Module Includes:

  • Six Weekly Zoom Classes: Immerse yourself in four 90-minute online classes via Zoom, where we delve into the teachings of Reiki Master from the Reiki Master manual. Each session includes a Holy Fire Reiki Experience to prepare you for your continued Reiki journey and transformation.

  • One Experiential In-Person Class: Join us for a full-day in-person class at Marc of Healing, where you'll attune to the Holy Fire III® symbol through four powerful Ignitions, enhancing your connection to divine healing energy & receive the Master symbol and Placement, unlocking new levels of healing and spiritual awareness.

  • Integration Session: Following the in-person class, participate in a 90-minute follow-up online session via Zoom to integrate the new Reiki Master energy into your life seamlessly.

  • Reiki Master Manual and Tool Kit: Receive a copy of "Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Manual" by William Lee Rand and a Reiki Tool Kit to support your continued practice.

  • Follow-Up Session: Enjoy a 60-minute follow-up session with Christine McDonough, Reiki Master Teacher, to address any questions and deepen your understanding.

  • Ongoing Support: Connect with our virtual community and monthly support sessions through Conscious Wellness and Movement's student group, the "Cornerstone Collective."

  • Engage in transformative healing experiences, including the Holy Fire Healing Experience, Holy Love, and Heavenly Banquet Hall Experiences.

  • Experience upgrades to your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, leading to a deeper sense of well-being and balance.

  • Develop a deeper awareness of the interconnectedness of the Universe, fostering a sense of unity and harmony with all beings.

  • Learn to shift from lower vibrations to higher vibrations more easily, facilitating spiritual growth and evolution.
